Our Returns Policy

We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase from Farmer Soul. If you are not, we offer a 14-day return policy.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
2. Pack the item carefully in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
3. Include a copy of your original order confirmation email with your return.
4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
5. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If the item is in its original condition, we will process your return or exchange.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Important Notes:

• We will not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, worn, or damaged.
• We will not accept returns or exchanges for items that are not in their original packaging.
• You are responsible for any loss in value of the item if it is not returned in its original condition.
• If you return an item for a refund, we will refund you the purchase price of the item, minus any shipping costs or restocking fees.
• If you return an item for an exchange, we will send you a new item of equal value. If the new item is more expensive, you will be responsible for the difference in price. If the new item is less expensive, we will refund you the difference in price.
