Thank you for shopping at Farmer Soul. We are committed to delivering our handcrafted wellness products, artisanal honey, and botanical syrups to you efficiently. We ship via USPS Ground Advantage, with most orders processed within one business day and delivered within 3–6 business days across the United States.

1. Processing & Handling Time

• Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday – Friday).

• Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (PST) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We primarily ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery is currently limited to the United States.

• Free Shipping: Orders of $35 or more ship free via USPS Ground Advantage.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days (includes 1 day handling + 2–4 days transit).

• Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Standard rates typically range from $5.00 to $15.00.

3. Order Tracking Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package's progress in real-time.

4. Shipping Delays & Issues If your package is significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@farmersoul.com immediately so we can resolve the issue with the carrier.
