Thank you for shopping at Farmer Soul. We are committed to delivering our handcrafted wellness products, artisanal honey, and botanical syrups to you efficiently.

1. Processing & Handling Time

• Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).

• Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (PST) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We primarily ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery is currently limited to the United States.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days (includes 1–2 days handling + 2–5 days transit).

• Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Standard rates typically range from $5.00 to $15.00.

3. Order Tracking Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package's progress in real-time.

4. Shipping Delays & Issues If your package is significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@farmersoul.com immediately so we can resolve the issue with the carrier.
