Organic saffron threads — vivid crimson, hand-harvested stigmas with a honeyed, floral aroma and a warm, earthy flavor. A pinch goes a long way, coloring and perfuming rice, stews, milk, and sweets.

Delicate and aromatic — honeyed, floral, and lightly earthy with hay-like notes. Infuses a golden hue and a luxurious perfume into both sweet and savory dishes.

How to use

Bloom a pinch of threads in 2-3 tablespoons of warm (not boiling) water or milk for 10-15 minutes, then add the liquid and threads to your recipe. Ideal for rice, risotto, stews, breads, custards, and teas. Store sealed in a cool, dark, dry place.
