Farmer Soul Honey Sticks are single-serve tubes of pure honey — no flavorings, no coloring, no additives. Tear the end, squeeze into tea or coffee, or eat it straight. They travel well, they don't drip, and they don't need a spoon.
Two varieties:
Light, mild, and clean — the honey most people picture when they think of honey. It sweetens without taking over, which makes it the easy choice for tea, coffee, and anything delicate.
Collected at higher elevations from a mixture of wildflower types. Stronger aroma and more floral character than clover, with more depth behind it. Good on its own and good anywhere you want the honey itself to be noticeable.
Honey sticks are shelf-stable and don't need refrigeration. Store at room temperature, away from direct heat and sunlight.
Do not feed honey to infants under 12 months.
One honey stick holds about a teaspoon of honey — roughly 5 to 7 grams, depending on the fill. Two sticks are close to a tablespoon.
Unopened, honey sticks last indefinitely at room temperature thanks to honey's natural low moisture content. Once opened, use within a few days for the best texture, since air exposure can start the crystallization honey is prone to over time.
You can warm one briefly to soften it for pouring, but avoid high heat or boiling liquid — it can dull the flavor and break down some of honey's natural enzymes.
Yes — that's their main advantage. No jar, no spoon, no drips. They fit in a bag, lunchbox, or glovebox, which makes them a common choice for tea on the go, hiking, or kids' lunches.
Clover is the lighter, more neutral option and the safer default if you're new to raw honey. Wildflower has more floral character and a deeper flavor if you want the honey itself to stand out.
Snap or cut one end of the stick and squeeze the honey directly into tea, oatmeal, yogurt, or onto a piece of toast. One stick holds about a teaspoon of honey — the right amount for a standard cup of tea without over-sweetening it.
Honey sticks travel well in a pocket or bag without the risk of a sticky lid or a flipped jar. They are a good way to carry a portion-controlled amount of raw honey for coffee or tea on the go.
Store at room temperature, out of direct sunlight. If the honey inside crystallizes (a natural process), warm the sticks briefly in a cup of warm water for a few minutes before using.
