About crystallization

Raw honey crystallizes over time. That's a sign of real, unheated honey rather than a flaw. A glass jar can be stood in warm — not boiling — water and stirred back to liquid. The plastic bear bottle shouldn't go in hot water, so if you plan to keep it for several months, the glass jar is the better choice.
