Farmer Soul Spiced Ginger Raw Clover Honey Infusion is crafted in small batches using organic ginger, organic lemon peel, and organic cinnamon, slowly infused into raw clover honey over 21 days and mixed through the full batch before filling. The result is a bright, warming honey infusion with a clean ginger bite, citrus lift, and a soft cinnamon finish.
Stir into hot water or tea, spoon over yogurt or oatmeal, glaze roasted carrots or chicken, or whisk into a vinaigrette. Best used without high heat so the ginger and citrus stay sharp.

Honey is sold by weight rather than fluid volume. It's denser than water, so a container that holds 8 fluid ounces of liquid holds roughly 12 ounces of honey.
Raw honey crystallizes over time. That's a sign of real, unheated honey rather than a flaw. Stand the glass jar in warm — not boiling — water and stir it back to liquid. The bear bottle takes warm water too, just not hot water or a microwave. Store at room temperature; refrigeration speeds crystallization up.
Not suitable for infants under 12 months of age.

Stir into warm tea, drizzle over oatmeal or yogurt, or take a spoonful on its own. The ginger note makes it especially good in chamomile and echinacea tea, where the spice adds warmth without sharpness. Best at or below 110°F to preserve the honey’s raw character.
Stir into hot lemon water as a simple warming drink. Excellent on buttered toast or in warm oatmeal where the ginger comes through clearly. Works as a natural sweetener in salad dressings, marinades, and glazes — anywhere warmth alongside sweetness makes sense. Also very good with a squeeze of lemon and a cup of elderberry tea.
