After reading the enclosed note, tried them on with extreme difficulty. As per instructions, I wore them around the house for half a day before I couldn't stand it any more, they were so tight, especially the left slipper made much narrower and slightly shorter than the right. I persevered for another 2 days, finally trimming the opening to ease the discomfort. After 3 days I contacted the seller, explaining the problem, and after submitting photos of the wear on the bottom and the imperceptible trimming on the tops was told they were not acceptable for return. Disappointed in myself for purchasing from a reseller, in Etsy for no longer being an authentic platform for craftspeople and in the seller for not knowing enough about his product to help with the problem. Have soaked them, trimmed more and stretched them like crazy.
