It is lightweight, soft and great for any occasion either as a gift or to pamper yourself. It is felted from merino wool using eco-friendly dyes in Nepal by artisan women at a Fair Trade Certified™ factory. This merino felted wool scarf is unique and creates sustainable jobs.
Please note to the way Wet felting is produced, each scarf will look very unique, and slightly different than depicted in the photos.
The Story:
It all began with a team of 10 and over the years the factory expanded to 500 people. The factory has been certified by Fair Trade USA which ensures safety, healthy, and prosperous working conditions. Additionally, the transparency of the company has been retained through the audit from numerous Internationally recognized social compliance companies. We work closely with them to deliver this outstanding craftsmanship, quality and to ensure supply chain transparency.
Returns Policy
Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the selling price. If returned after 30 days, a merchandise credit will be issued at the original selling price.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in USA and Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
