Express Delivery: For your convenience, we offer Express Delivery on most in-stock items for an additional charge. During checkout, you'll be prompted to select a shipping method for each recipient.

Please note: Orders placed prior to the "Order by" cutoff time will usually deliver one business day earlier than the date-specific quote provided.

Most in-stock items can be shipped free directly to the Farmer Soul customers within the delivery area near our warehouse.

Backordered items, as well as some items that require special handling and will be shipped immediately upon availability.

Returns Policy

Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the selling price. If returned after 30 days, a merchandise credit will be issued at the original selling price.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
