We design, and source Farmer Soul branded products from Fair Trade factories, and we do not wholesale. This means that our product is available only from us – through our store.
For care instructions, please see care tag instructions sewn into the fabric. And, as always, you can contact our team for additional questions. We own (and wear, and love) almost every item we offer, and are always happy to share our own experiences and suggestions.
Upon completing the online checkout process for your order, you will receive an email from our team confirming the details of your order (items ordered, sizes, colors, quantities, and billing and shipping address). Once your order is processed and dispatched to the carrier, you will receive notification with tracking number to track your shipment's delivery to you from our warehouse in Las Vegas, NV. Upon delivery, you should receive notification, that your order has been delivered.
We always want you to be in love with your purchase – so we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. Please see our SHIPPING + RETURNS policy for full details, or give us a call with more specific inquiries. We do not offer exchanges. Instead, just place a brand-new order for the replacement item at your earliest convenience. All items are in super-limited quantities, and items often go quickly... we’d hate for you to miss out.
Yes, we will happily ship internationally when we are able. Currently, we are unable to process international payments online, so please call us to secure arrangements for your package to be shipped internationally to you.
We are committed to giving you the highest-quality product available, and we want to make sure you love what you have... and aren't stuck with it if you don't. In that spirit, we will happily accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of purchase, unless those items were purchased on final sale.
